http://realestatesalesllc.com First of all it’s an honor and a privilege to be able to even make this video today, but I wanted to just send this out for anybody that may be watching this , checking this out for the first time. If you’re anything like me when it comes to opportunities, especially when you see that you’re going to put in an investment out, maybe you know, you have the money sitting there, maybe it is the last bit of your money that you do have your savings account,.. If that’s you that’s where I was …i just remember two months ago going through a tough time in my life it was a very tough time and even financially it’s not being at the spot that I once was and I think a lot of you guys can probably relate to that. But when I was searching and for me, my personal prayer life, I was praying for an opportunity to come into my life and I remember coming across this real estate opportunity and I remember when I saw that I knew it was something that I was interested and I always had goals and I always had desires to get into real estate and flipping houses and apartment complexes and so on and so on, but I wanted to learn more… When I started learning more, the one thing that separated this company from everything else that I saw, was I saw that they were into the relationship it wasn’t something that you want to a seminar and they pumped you up and got to spend a bunch of money and you never heard from them again, it wasn’t something that people got on the phone and said what they wanted to say, what you wanted to hear and got involved and never heard from them again … This is something from day one, when they said something, they meant it, when they said they’re going to, you know, call, they call it all the time, when they said they’re going to do something they did something. It was a conference call and we got on and I just knew from that time they’re moving forward, that Nick is going to be a relationship that I was going to be able to have the rest of my life, and the reason I say that, is not that I got into just looking for a babysitter Club over looking for another best friend, because let’s just be honest we get into this to make some money, but I saw beyond the money, that this was a man who really cared about people. I could fill that through the phone always tell people all the time, you don’t have to meet a person to know a person. From me and my faith, I talked about recognizing a spirit you could talk about good energy whatever it is that you believe the matter. Real Estate Sales LLC rocks! The point is this: you know a good person when you meet him. And when I met Nick i just knew that it was more than business and from day one the guy has backed up everything that he said he went overboard, it’s always what I like to say is he under promise and over deliver, and that it’s what he’s just been for the lat two months. It is going to be a bunch of properties that are going to be sold this month, and I am only two months in, but the biggest thing is that he’s been there as a mentor, he’s been there as a friend, he’s been there as a supporter … and this is something that you don’t see everywhere you go. There’s a lot of people who talk it and don’t back it up with the one thing that Nick has shown me it that he sais something he backs it up and he’s been doing it for the last two months and I know he’ll be doing it for the rest of my life as we become deeper and deeper friends and build a relationship and go out here and get right deals and go make a bunch of money to be able to take care of our family. Again, I just want to let you know if this is something you are looking forward to getting involved with, and this is something that your question is, this man is going to back you up . Buying right consists of knowing your market and making a repair plan. You cut risk by buying with cash instead of borrowing. Risk can also be cut by acting FAST! Not only could you lose money, but you’ll also lose valuable time that could be spent flipping houses! The key to flipping homes, is to buy it inexpensively. Think about it, if you flip 3 houses a year and make 30K per flip, you’ll have a sweet $90,000 in your pocket at the end of the year! So don’t get stuck on getting the top dollar for each property that you go to sell. 3. Rehabbing Works! In order to make money flipping homes, you must understand what the house really needs and what it’s going to cost. So don’t make unnecessary updates, focus on what the house NEEDS in order to be sold. You want the property to look attractive to buyers, but be smart with your money! With the right business model, you can be extremely efficient. It’s all a math equation, your numbers have to work in order to make a profit.
